My heart still aches. Wow, never thought that play would hit home as much as it did. So beautifully tragic. If you are blessed with the chance to see a show in New York…GO SEE DEATH OF A SALESMAN. So, so good. (Wouldn’t expect anything less of Mr. Hoffman though!)
Venus and Fur did not impress me though. I found myself board out of my mind most of the time.What a terrible script…and I was a step ahead of the action the entire time. Called the ending way in advance. The only thing that saved that show for me was shining moments of the performance of the actress.
Then again, I have some pretty big ‘judgy pants,’ as my friend would say.
But, Death of a Salesman…WOW.
